Just a quick update from me today, having only just gotten back from Whitby. They don't look like they have changed much but much detailing has been done.

I was thinking of adding light sources to the back of the model to represent the heat glare from the smoke plumes, but that is going to add at least another day to the painting schedule!
Fantastic work! The models look amazing, and the sooty black/fiery smoke belching out of the packs looks great. Can't wait to see what's next!

ReplyDeleteYouh have done the smoke/flame trails really well. The kits really lend themselves to that extra little something.
